Creative Conversation Starters

How often have you been at a social gathering and found yourself asking, or being asked the same dull questions: "So, what do you do for a living?", "So, what have you been up to lately?", "Got any exciting plans for the weekend?"  Gets a bit monotonous doesn't it.  Well let's see if we can't change that.  This weeks challenge is going to be fun and useful.

Your challenge this week is to come up with interesting, creative questions you can ask as conversation starters.

They don't necessarily have to be a question about the person.  They could be a hypothetical question.  They could be a challenge that has to be undertaken during the rest of the event. 

Here are some ideas to get you started:

• What would you do if...
• How would you...
• What was the first thing you noticed after...
• What would you change on...
• When was the last time you...

I'm sure you can come up with much better though.  Be creative and have fun.
