Yes or No

For this challenge you need a partner so grab a friend and get ready.

You are about to have a debate however you are limited only to the words Yes and No.  One of you may only say yes and the other no.  The idea is that you have to convince the other of your point of view.  As you only have one word you can use,  think of other ways you can get your message across.  You will have to use expression,  emotion and hand gestures.

The idea is that one of you starts off by saying yes then the other says no,  then the first person says yes and the second says no and so on.  Each time be creative in how you say the word,  say it slowly,  quickly,  softly,  loud,  emphasise certain parts of the word etc.  How convincing can you be?

Try it.  You will see you can actually convey quite a lot while only being able to say one word.
Challenge: Grab a few more friends and work in teams.  Again each team can only use one word.  To mix it up you could also make it so that each person has their own word.  eg.  The third person's word could be Please and the Fourth Definitely.
